We have a dedicated training faculty which train our people in all aspects of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, salesmanship, profile of Indian doctors, product knowledge followed by field training in which the trainee is familiarized with selling techniques. We train our people continuously through refresher programmes that provides a platform to grow and realize their full potential, and create an environment of continuous performance improvement and personal development.
