Dermatologic: Rash (1%)
Endocrine metabolic: Electrolytes abnormal
Gastrointestinal: Abdominal pain (5%), Diarrhea (1%), Nausea (1%)
Musculoskeletal: Backache (2%)
Neurologic: Asthenia (1%), Dizziness (6%), Headache (1%)
Respiratory: Bronchitis (1%), Cough (3%), Pharyngitis (1%), Sinusitis (1%), Upper respiratory infection (6%)
Other: Fatigue (1%)
SERIOUS
Hepatic: Hepatitis (rare)

Angioedema (associated with aspirin and/or penicillin allergy)
Avoid lithium
Biliary cirrhosis or biliary obstruction
Breast feeding period
Diabetes mellitus
Electrolyte imbalance
Geriatrics
Hyperuricemia or gout
Hypotension, intravascular volume- and salt-depleted
Liver disease
May aggravate digitalis toxicity
Postsympathectomy patients
Pregnancy (particularly 2nd-3rd trimesters)
Renal artery stenosis; solitary kidney
Renal impairment
Sensitivity reactions may occur with or without a history of allergy or asthma
